She & its Portrait
The installation was presented in the collective exhibition "Inside my foggy mind the world is tiny"
Artwork made by Anna Syrianou

The work explores processing the trauma of assault during the pandemic.
She would explore her room. only with her eyes at first just laying there.
Finding different forms on the wall paint.
She lost track of time.
She lost the sense of what is reality and what happens in her nightmare.
She started tracing the wall with her fingers.
She felt like the hands belonged to someone else.
As if her body wan no longer hers but part of the room.
She could not get out.
She had to play nice and make sure her drama would not leave these walls.
Nobody is going to know what her thoughts where at this wicked moment.
Not even him and he was in the room.
